iiibd.com methodology

Transparent — how we build content, what's at the core of the 20-sphere map, and where the AI mentor's limits are.

    Educational, not clinical platform

iiibd.com is an educational and self-help resource. Materials and the AI mentor help to structure reflection, set goals and apply practical techniques. The platform does not replace professional psychological, medical, legal or financial help. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified specialist.

    The 20-sphere map: what's inside

The structure is based on the classic Wheel of Life, the Ikigai concept and SMART principles. Each sphere is described as a set of measurable indicators, not as a diagnosis.

    How we shape "patches"

A patch is a short behavioral solution you can test in 1–14 days. Sources: open scientific publications, applied literature (CBT, ACT, GTD, Atomic Habits), user feedback. Before publishing, an editor verifies links and notes limitations and contraindications.

    AI and limitations

Some texts and prompts are generated by an LLM (Lovable AI / Gemini). All AI-assisted materials are marked with a dedicated label. We do not use AI for medical diagnoses and do not collect sensitive personal data without explicit consent.

    Feedback and corrections

Every article has a "Propose improvement" block — point out an error, add a source or suggest a better phrasing there. We review such requests manually.

    Frequently asked questions

Which practices is the 20-sphere life map built on?
The structure is based on the Wheel of Life, Ikigai and the SMART goal-setting principles. It is an educational model, not a diagnostic tool.
Does the AI mentor replace a psychologist or doctor?
No. The AI mentor helps structure reflection and build plans. For anxious, depressive or crisis states, contact a qualified specialist.
Where do "patches" and "upgrades" come from?
Each patch is a short behavioral solution testable in practice. Sources: open scientific publications, applied literature (CBT, ACT, GTD), user feedback. Before publishing, the editor checks the links and notes limitations.
How do you handle facts and updates?
Every material has a publication date and is labeled as AI-assisted if applicable. Users can propose an improvement directly from the article card — the "Propose improvement" block.
